Our Story

My husband and I met working for the same law enforcement agency, working side by side for years, we learned to both, respect and love one another. After a traumatic incident, we agreed it was time for me to leave my career in law enforcement and focus on our homestead. Even though we were no longer working in the same place, our dreams for our family stayed the same, and we continued to work as a team. Together we've learned ways to grow and create our own foods, and how to use those skills to stock our pantry with our own mixes, instead of relying on store bought. Kelty Acres was born out of that desire to be more self-sufficient. Today, we are proud to offer our crafts and dry mixes; the very same products we use in our own home.
